The route starts at the Lands End visitor centre. There are full facilities here, including food, drinks, and disabled toilets.
Entrance to the centre is free but you will have to pay parking.
There are several good quality Path's here to be explored in the centre, with some spectacular views.
The route itself goes inland, rather than along the coast path. A path runs back parallel to the exit road. You will come to a sign showing "national cycle route 3" off to the left, take that that is your route.
At the end of the path you can turn left down a quiet road which will take you to Mayon cliff. A popular climbing location, with spectacular views.
At the time of writing, the path down to Manyon Cliff was very rough and access for mobility scooters was not possible unless you have a key from the National trust. However, we are meeting with the National trust representative there in January 2015 with the hope of making the access suitable.
